My experience includes directing and managing all aspects of employee relations in the financial services, manufacturing, and hospitality industries.     Consulting Experience

    My consulting experience includes: Conducting investigations into complaints of workplace misconduct. Providing guidance to employers concerning sound personnel practices and procedures. Providing training programs on a broad range of employment issues, including investigation procedures, harassment, sensitivity, conflict management, diversity, effective hiring, disciplinary action and other workforce policies and practices. Conducting annual live anti-harassment/sensitivity training for international law firm. Providing one-on-one coaching to employees following investigations. Making presentations, serve on discussion panels and write articles on employment related topics.


    Professional Experiences

    My professional experience includes working as a Director of Human Relations by leading a global 18-person Employee Relations team, including supervision of Affirmative Action Manager and Manager of EAP, as well as Manager of Employee Communications. Coaching and counseling managers and employees regarding employment- related matter and conflict resolution; either conducted, or supervised, every investigation (150+) of allegations of inappropriate behavior. Developing and implementing global Human Resources policies and being responsible for associated training and skill enhancement; partnered on development of Code of Conduct, Travel & Entertainment Reimbursement policy.
