With than 25 years experience as an Environmental Specialist in the state of Connecticut, my focus has been on Safety and Hazardous Materials. I have additional experience in (OSHA, EPA, DOT) Compliance, Incident Management, Safety Compliance Audits, Incident Response in various capacities, Specialized Safety, Hazmat and WMD and COBRA training, remediating, industrial accidents and personal injury, criminal investigation (environmental and industrial), hazardous waste program development, environmental investigations (ESAs). I have provided technical support to diverse clients (general industry, construction, pharmaceutical, petrochemical, R&D, healthcare and trash-to-energy facilities) to ensure that they were in compliance with federal, state, and local safety regulations and litigation support in areas of workers’ compensation cases (personal injuries, fatalities and toxic exposures), environmental investigations and insurance fraud. I have developed safety programs for the research and development of semiconductor facilities. My investigations have included photographing the accident scenes, evidence collection, and interviews of witnesses and victims. I also have experience with environmental investigations concerning illegal dumping, contamination, hazardous waste handling, and remediating. I have spent over 25 years providing consultations, deposition, and courtroom testimony as an environmental safety expert witness.
