Expertise Description: Ed.D. - Licensed Clinical Psychologist and Certified School Psychologist with over 35 years experience in providing comprehensive psychological testing to children, adolescents, and college students. Has completed thousands of evaluations on children to determine the possible presence and extent of ADHD, learning disabilities, academic problems, developmental delays and behavioral, personality, and emotional problems. He is skilled and experienced in determining children's needs in the areas of academic accommodations (504 Plans) and special education programming (Individual Education Plan-IEP), as well as in testing to assess risk or potential for anger or violence in children. Has testified in numerous hearings regarding assessments for possible educational neglect and appropriations for special education manifestation. In addition, he has considerable experience in forensic psychology with children, adolescents, and adults including sex offender risk assessments and competency evaluations.
