Able to provide analysis for complex litigation issues such as water intrusion / flooding, loss due to stigma, diminution of value by illegal structures, view obstruction, and various other causes. Experience includes: Real Estate Appraisal; providing valuations for divorce settlement; gifting; and probate or estate issues outside of the courtroom. Quoted in the Wall Street Journal and interviewed by ABC Nightline News. Served as president of the Nevada Appraisal commission, having excellent credentials resulting in great credibility throughout the litigation process. Has many years of experience teaching appraisal classes. Has public speaking experience that assists in providing testimony and answering questions very effectively in deposition or in court.
