Expertise includes: job analysis and development; validation and review of procedures for recruitment; and selection and promotion of employees. Experienced in issues involved in layoffs and has developed and implemented performance-based layoff procedures. Has experience consulting or testifying in cases involving the following: disparate impact and disparate treatment discrimination cases including statistical analysis of employment data; development and validation of employee hiring and promotion procedures; employment discrimination based on race / ethnicity, sex, or age; job analysis; whistleblower and wrongful termination litigation; personnel policies and procedures; and statistical and research assistance in pay equity and wage and hour disputes. Has served as a litigation consultant and expert witness in more than fifty cases, including both individual and class action matters in both federal and state courts.
