Expertise includes commercial real estate, with particular focus in retail real estate and shopping centers, both with regards to valuation and lending issues as well as leasing and tenant mix. Senior Certified Leasing Specialist (CLS) and Senior Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSCM), both coveted designations from the International Council of Shopping Centers. Also an expert in bankruptcy, especially as it relates to all areas of real estate. One of approximately 400 people, nationwide, to be certified by the Turnaround Management Association as a Certified Turnaround Professional (CTP), and one of only two CTPs that specialize in real estate. Licensed Real Estate Broker in the states of Illinois, Indiana and Missouri and a licensed auctioneer in the state of Illinois, Indiana and South Carolina. Multiple articles. Prior consultation and expert witness and testimony experience. Qualified as an expert witness in the Federal Bankruptcy Court and the Federal District Court for Northern Illinois, Northern New Jersey, the Central District of Utah, the Northern District of Texas, Dallas Division and the Circuit Court in Palm Beach County, Florida.
