Has consulted on the issues of management for sustainable agriculture over the Central and Southern Great Plains, irrigation water rights, soil salinity documentation, and evaluation of nitrogen and phosphorus fate in alternative cropping systems. Grant research studies consist of water retention techniques, the establishment of roadside vegetation, and soil water monitoring of subsurface drip irrigation systems.
