Areas of expertise include: built-up roofing; single-ply roofing (modified bitumen, PVC, EPDM, TPO, etc.); slate roofing; composition shingle roofing; pre-fabricated and custom metal roof systems; roof insulation systems; vapor retarders; architectural sheet metal; building fa??ade systems; and sub-grade waterproofing systems. Extensive experience in historic building restorations. Routinely provide roof and building envelope condition surveys, roof system designs, roof maintenance design and administration, budgeting, construction project management and installation monitoring services. Provide forensic services to attorneys in roof-related litigation. Extensive experience in the administration of construction contracts on commercial, government and residential projects ranging from $50,000 to more than $50,000,000.
