I have experience with qualified trial testimony in over 100 trials involving first and third party claims, underwriting, legal malpractice, coverage, rescission, reformation, cancellation coverage, and advice of counsel. I have experience with testimony for both policyholders and insurance companies. I have more than 25 years expert witness experience with consultations, deposition, and courtroom testimony.

My consulting services include evaluated coverage, claim handling, bad faith and other insurance related matters occurring in the state of Alaska, Arizona, California, Delaware, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Louisiana, Minnesota, Montana, Nevada, Texas, and Washington; and determined which expert for the insurer or for the policyholder was correct in bad faith lawsuit.
When employed in the insurance industry, I implemented a cross-training study between the claim and underwriting departments so each side could experience the duties of the other.
