Expertise DescriptionI have 30 years experience as a plant pathologist researching concerns related to tropical fruits and citrus, in addition to research on indoor air quality problems caused by molds. My plant investigations include citrus diseases caused by viruses, nematode, and mold / fungi, in addition to post-harvest fruit decay, rot, fruit handling at packing houses, and shipping / transportation. My indoor air quality expertise includes allergies; mold remediation protocols and clearance tests; mold management / solutions; HVAC and microbial contamination; re-engineering to correct indoor air quality concerns; and water intrusion, in various buildings not limited to public and private education facilities, residential structures, medical centers, hospitals, and state and federal buildings. I have more than 20 years expert witness experience.
