Expertise DescriptionI have more than 35 years of experience in the field of Animal Science with expertise in animal nutrition and the adaptation of ruminant to high-concentrate diets. I have researched nutrient absorption and liver metabolism in ruminants, with investigation of control by exogenous regulators (absorbed metabolites, feed additives, stress, disease) or endogenous regulators (physiological state, hormones). I have also researched nitrogen metabolism in ruminants, efficiency of beef cattle production, voluntary intake cattle, and fescue toxicity in beef cattle.
