I have more than 40 years of diverse aviation industry experience that includes knowledge and experience in turbine & piston power plant, large and small aircraft overhaul and component repair and overhaul. I have performed risk assessment for the insurance industry and both corporate and business aircraft owners have utilized my talents. Also, I have provided expert valuation for the Internal Revenue Service regarding aircraft, aircraft engines, aircraft components, aircraft type certificates, and aircraft supplemental type certificates. I have spent over 20 years as an aviation expert witness with consultations, courtroom testimony, and deposition.

Consulting Experience

I have provided technical assistance for the settlement of a commercial aviation accident that occurred on the the airport ramp. This required review of the maintenance documents and maintenance manual of the aircraft to validate conformance.
I have provided technical assistance for clients to determine the proper aircraft for their application. This requires understanding capabilities of the aircraft matched with the mission of the client. Then determination of the operationg cost and required maintenance to maintain airworthiness.
I have assisted operators with bridging aircraft from one continuious airworthiness program to another. Validating compliance with the Federal Aviation Administration approved program.
I have assisted organization with developing and implimentting safety management systems in the aviation industry.

Professional Experiences

My professional experience includes facilitating and developing aviation safety courses for the Department of Transportation and other educational organizations. I provide required reoccurant traing for the National Aircraft Appraisers Association.
