Expertise DescriptionI have more than 15 years of experience in Reconstruction and Biomechanical Analysis of Accidents. This includes, but is not limited to: wrongful death, product liability, railway matters, maritime accidents, homicide, criminal matters, gun shots, shooting reconstruction, slip/trip and falls, as well as, falls from heights, premises liability, human factors issues, pediatric injuries; industrial, fireworks, and aviation accidents, law enforcement, high and low speed vehicle collisions, pedestrian collisions, tractor-trailer collisions, motorcycle and bicycle collisions, and helmet/protective equipment issues. I have a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering. I have over 15 years of expert witness experience with a large number of depositions, arbitration, and courtroom testimony. I have worked criminal, civil, and federal cases.
Areas of Expertise
My expert witness experience includes, wrongful death, product liability, railway matters, maritime accidents, catastrophic injuries, homicide, criminal matters, slip/trip and falls, falls from heights, premises liability, human factors issues, pediatric injuries, industrial accidents, gun shots and trajectory analysis, aviation accidents, law enforcement, fireworks accidents, high and low speed vehicle collisions, pedestrian collisions, tractor-trailer collisions, motorcycle collisions, bicycle collisions, and helmet/protective equipment issues.
My professional experience includes the reconstruction and biomechanical analysis of accidents, collisions, and injuries.
I can certainly do a reconstruction and biomechanical analysis (injury analysis) and do a site inspection. I do work on premises liability cases but only within the context of analyzing the injuries and reconstructing the incident.
