Dear ForensisGroup Community,
The ongoing violence towards the Black community such as the murder of Mr. George Floyd, Mr. Ahmaud Arbery, and Ms. Breonna Taylor, shows us how far our nation remains from equity.
We continue to be pained, saddened, and outraged. But no matter the amount of sorrow or anger, we must find the words and demand justice. This cannot continue and we cannot remain silent.
What can we do . . . as individuals, as a family, as a company, as a society? Where do we start? What steps can we take to combat injustice? Where does change start?
The anguish we feel now sends us right back into ourselves to dig deep and root out any biases and prejudices we might have. Understand the pain of others. Respect our differences. This is the start of the antiracist work we must do.
At ForensisGroup, we acknowledge that overcoming centuries of systemic racism and discrimination demands constant vigilance, action, and collaboration. We continue to strive for an environment and culture that does not tolerate racism, prejudice, hatred, or violence in any form or at any time. We are governed by core values of respect. Behavior that upholds what we stand for. A growth mindset to educate and respect diverse perspectives. A strategy of excellence in human connection that directly combats divisiveness, racism, and inequality.
We must bravely and boldly raise our voices, raise awareness, cast our ballots. Be part of the change to move the world toward equity and justice for all.
To the Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) in our community and country – we see you, we hear you, we stand with you. We are listening and will always strive to do better.
ForensisGroup is committed to taking actions and standing in solidarity with the Black community. Here are some ideas for immediate actions:
