Expertise DescriptionI have more than 40 years of experience in the Valuation of Broadcast Radio, Television, and Cable Stations in the United States, Canada, and Mexico. I have also been the author of critical studies relating to the interrelationship been stations, cable systems, and satellite providers. I am one of the very few broadcast industry analysts who has also worked as an employee in both radio and TV stations in capacities ranging from programming to engineering. My projects have involved appraisal and valuations at more than 4,000 stations, with an aggregate value in excess of $20 billion. In addition to my experience as an appraiser, and telecommunications economist, my technical and RF engineering competency has been recognized by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). I have over 30 years expert witness experience with consultations, deposition, and courtroom testimony.

My expert witness experience includes breach of contract, business interruption, business valuation, lost revenue and profits, federal tort claims, and constitutionality of federal statute.
My consulting experience includes appraisal and valuation, business projections, due diligence, fairness opinions (price paid to acquire business assets), and signal coverage studies (broadcast radio and TV stations).
My professional experience includes being a Founding Partner of a Media company that provides investment banking appraisal services.
