The 94 airbag cases included frontal (Single stage and Dual stage), seat-mounted side impact, side curtain & knee bolster airbags, airbag control modules, seatbelt pretensioners and passenger sensing systems used or produced by General Motors, Ford, Chrysler, Toyota, Nissan, Kia, Hyundai, Jaguar, Lexus, Mercedes Benz, Mitsubishi, Honda, BWM, Mazda, Volvo, Takata, TRW, Continental, Autoliv, Morton, Delphi and numerous dealerships that were filed in state and federal courts in 19 states. I have more than 30 years experience as a chemical engineering expert witness with consultations, deposition (33) and courtroom testimony (9).
