I have experience in foreclosure, appraisal review, commercial mortgage workouts, commercial lease negotiations, commercial property condition assessments, and real estate bankruptcy matters. I have extensive experience with shopping center management, easement agreements, slip-and-fall matters, vehicular accidents, third-party torts, etc. I have more than 20 years expert witness experience with consultations, deposition, and courtroom testimony.
