d. Failure to properly instruct the staff;

e. Failure to properly assess the staffs’ competence to safely operate the trampoline bungee;

f. Failure to conduct daily inspections of the trampoline bungee to check the equipment, including all of the ropes, hooks, bungee cords, and any other parts of the harness system…
