Expertise DescriptionI have more then 25 years experience in the database and IT field with expertise in developing extremely large scale, highly efficient and accurate database applications for the commercial, government, aerospace, telecommunications and payroll industries with special emphasis in IVR systems. I have additional knowledge in Integration of various systems with SQL type databases; re-instrumentation of controllers for nuclear fuel handlers; re-instrumentation for Patriot Missile consoles (trainers); FAA Instrumentation for flight controller trainers; telecom network engineering; telecom back office billing integration; XML to TCP and X.25 integration; restoration of vintage computers (Plato); SQL databases; large scale database projects and telecommunications. I have spent over a decade providing consultations, deposition, and courtroom testimony as a database applications expert witness.

I have been retained as either a consulting or testifying expert in database analysis in over 160 cases, – approximately 90% of which are class actions. I have worked with both plaintiffs and defendants. I have been asked to analyze timekeeping, payroll records, telephone call records, credit card records, reimbursement records, and travel records (e.g., gps data and locations where employees worked), as well as provide analysis of technology related to Call Center and Collection Operations.
