My expertise includes fastener manufacturing (raw materials; fastener metallurgy, including raw materials, forming, ultrahigh strength fasteners, and heat treatment; quality assurance; manufacturing engineering support; automated inspection methodology; lean manufacturing and cost reduction; and coatings, corrosion cracking, including electroplating, galvanizing, phosphating, and emulsions); applications engineering (joint analysis in automotive, structural, machinery, fluid storage & pipeline, pressure vessels and other applications; fastener selection and design; fastening technology and methodology); stress and vibration; and laboratory and testing (failure analysis; applications testing; fastener laboratory design). I have over 5 years expert witness.
