Expertise DescriptionWith over 30 years' experience in labor and employment law, my areas of focus include investigation procedures, harassment, sensitivity, conflict management, diversity, effective hiring, disciplinary action and other workforce policies and practices. I have prior experience offering my services as a labor and employment law expert witness.
Areas of Expertise
My consulting experience includes: conducting investigations into complaints of workplace misconduct; providing guidance to employers concerning sound personnel practices and procedures; conducting annual live anti-harassment/sensitivity training for an international law firm; providing one-on-one coaching to employees following investigations; making presentations, serving on discussion panels and writing articles on employment-related topics.
My professional experience includes working as a Senior Counsel and providing advice to corporate clients with respect to various labor and employment-related issues, including reductions in force, leaves of absence, and other complex matters. I also have experience drafting and revising key documents, i.e. handbooks, employment and separation agreements, and training manuals, and keeping clients up-to-date on developments in the law.
