Expertise DescriptionI have more than 30 years experience in environmental management, planning, and impact assessment with expertise in endangered and threatened species and wetlands. My experience includes regional resource planning and management, natural resources management, water resources management, environmental protection, environmental restoration, environmental impact methodology and assessment, terrestrial ecology, wildlife biology, interdisciplinary team development and management, fisheries, and wildlife biology. I have prior expert witness experience with consultations, deposition, and courtroom testimony.

My expert witness experience includes: Water usage impacts by city of Clearwater Fl which had negative impacts of the natural biological and physical resources that were the bases for a New Town Housing development in harmony with nature. I have a BS and MS in Fish/wildlife mgt; PhD in Regional Resources Mgt mgt/ sponsored by the Water Resources Center at UMass Amherst; managed (as principal partner) a National Consulting Firm for many years (large developments/ river basin: army corps of eng, etc).
I have also served as expert witness. I recently retired as emeritus full professor last year.
