Expertise DescriptionI have over 24 years’ experience providing environmental consulting and expert services to commercial, industrial, municipal, and legal clients. I have conducted environmental site assessments; hydrogeological investigations; hazardous materials facility audits; and construction management projects at a wide variety of sites ranging from agricultural properties to heavy industrial facilities to chemical manufacturing plants. I have extensive experience performing environmental site assessments and has conducted investigations at numerous types of facilities impacted petroleum hydrocarbons, heavy metals, chlorinated solvents, pesticides, polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs), methyl tert-butyl ether (MTBE), and emerging contaminants such as perchlorate, 1,4-dioxane, 1,2,3-trichloropropane, and per- and poly-fluoroalkyl substances (PFAS). I have has extensive expertise in the acquisition of historical records, case file documents, historical aerial photography, and other and plans, and other materials used for litigation support and case development. I am an expert on the appraisal of environmental site investigations performed by third-parties and has testified on matters concerning standard of care. I also have provided extensive assistance to legal clients by developing and managing databases, geographic information systems, software applications, and demonstrative graphics for mediation and trial purposes. I have participated in the fulfillment of litigation services for dozens of high-profile environmental cases nationwide.
