I have investigated, analyzed, and reconstructed hundreds of accidents across the United States involving vehicles, machines, mechanical systems and industrial equipment. I have also critiqued product infringements within the scope of patent protection. I am a Licensed Professional Engineer and United States Patent Agent. My work is performed in support of litigation, product recalls, insurance investigations, industrial problem solving and intellectual property disputes. I have provided expert testimony in numerous legal jurisdictions and I am a member of several professional organizations. I have over 5 years expert witness experience with consultations, deposition, and courtroom testimony.

I’ve handled a number of product cases, including vehicle and truck components. I have participated in the design of lubrication systems for busses and I have inspected numerous buses after accidents.
I am a Licensed Professional Engineer and United States Patent Agent. My work is performed in support of accident reconstruction, litigation, intellectual property disputes, product recalls, insurance investigations, and industrial problem-solving. I have investigated, analyzed and reconstructed accidents involving numerous pieces of equipment including Detroit Diesel engines. I have previously investigated Detroit Diesel engine fires due to turbo failures and routinely extracted “black box” data for accident reconstruction.
I have provided expert testimony in numerous legal jurisdictions. I am a member of several professional organizations. I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and have worked on projects in North America, South America, Europe and Asia.
