My experience includes crime scene investigation, processing evidence items for latent fingerprints, examination of fingerprint evidence, and presentation of expert testimony in court. I am able to determine authenticity of signatures, handwriting analysis, signature & handwriting identification, restore erased or obliterated entries, and perform ink examination. I have more than 30 years expert witness experience with consultations, deposition, and courtroom testimony.

My consulting services include: crime scene investigation; processing of evidence items for latent fingerprints; examination of fingerprint evidence; determination of authenticity of signatures and / or written material; examination of handwriting and / or hand-printing; examination of anonymous notes / letters; determination of alteration, indented writing, addition and / or page replacement; restoration of erased or obliterated entries through infrared examination, chemical treatment, and/or microscopy / computer imaging; relative aging, chemical analysis, and infrared examination of ink.
I have approximately 31 years experience and have testified relative to handwriting/questioned document cases on approximately 150 occasions in Superior Courts across Southern California. I have also provided expert testimony in this discipline in US District Court, US Tax Court, and US Immigration Court.
I have over 30 years of experience as a forensic document examiner and over 40 years as a forensic scientist.
