Expertise DescriptionWith more than 20 years experience in the field of Firefighting, I have specialized in providing life safety, incident stabilization and property conservation for the citizens of the fire district in keeping with state and national codes and regulations while also providing training and leadership to the personnel under my supervision. My specific duties have included responding to emergencies, organizing shift assignments and training, investigating complaints, addressing and mitigating personnel issues, and submitting budgets. I have additional experience in attending numerous off-district wildland fires. I have spent time offering my services as a firefighter expert witness in Arizona. I have prior expert witness experience.
Areas of Expertise
My professional experience also includes working as a personal trainer/therapist by supervising the rehabilitation of an 11-year old paraplegic by coordinating the rehabilitation efforts through numerous health care providers and developed physical programs used to manipulate inactive muscle groups equaling 10 – 15 hours per week. I have also worked as a laborer/apprentice carpenter by supplying equipment, manpower and supplies using heavy equipment. I have conducted traffic control on major interstates (supervising 3-4 people) plus numerous other tasks involving masonry, carpentry and public relations.
