I am a food safety and accident prevention consultant. I have over 35 years of hospitality and food safety experience. I am a Servsafe instructor for the National Restaurant Association for the past 25 years.

I am a food safety/HACCP expert who has worked with major television studios, news outlets, and media investigation teams, as well as restaurants, casinos and food manufacturers.
