I am well known for my food process engineering experience and have developed and delivered educational training programs for food entrepreneurs, established food companies, and regulatory agencies. I have worked with the USDA, the Environmental Protection Agency, state departments of health, FDA, National Alliance for Food Safety and Security, along with several other national and international committees regarding standard processing, manufacturing, and safety for baked goods, meat, cheese, poultry and egg products. My processing plant audits and technical assistance have highlighted opportunities for the food industry to save over $50 million in energy and water costs to international food companies. I have worked closely with many food companies over the past eighteen years developing new technologies and improving current food processes. I have over 15 years of expert witness experience with consultation and deposition.
