I have worked with a wide range of food and safety-related issues, including biofilm formation and removal; bioactive food components, rapid detection methodology and food fermentations. I have additional knowledge in rapid bacteria detection methods, media formulation, and dairy starter cultures, among other biological disciplines pertaining to the food and beverage industries.
