Expertise DescriptionMy career as a Food Scientist has spanned over twenty years. I have experience with new product development, from concept stage through prototype development and commercialization. My areas of expertise include R&D, Technical Service, Product Improvement/Optimization and Nutrition labeling. I also have experience with most foods and nutritional & dietary supplements. I have worked as a food scientist expert witness in Southern California for more than 10 years by providing consultations, as well as deposition and courtroom testimony.

My consulting experience includes having consulted for a USDA food plant on their line of frozen Mexican food products, including providing
nutritional labeling supports.
My professional experience includes performing working as a senior scientist and head of R&D for numerous companies. I have demonstrated an ability to rapidly bring new products to the marketplace and successfully optimize the quality and cost of established product lines.
I have worked with dairy products for a number of years and I should be able to lend my expertise to address the issues of the case.
