I have assisted in the measurement of financial loses for business interruption claims in a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, retail, and professional services. I have also conducted business valuations in the context of family law, buy/sell and litigation matters. I have over 25 years of expert witness experience with consultations, deposition, and courtroom testimony.

My experience spans over 37 years of economic damages analysis and I have handled many partnership disputes ranging from the valuation of the partnership to specific questions of the record keeping of revenue and expense items. I have analyzed and testified on many trademark and other intellectual property matters and I well experienced in calculating these types of damages. I have testified in over a hundred depositions and over 50 trials in the last few years.
