I have more than 25 years of working experience in the construction and environmental fields. My experience includes work as a senior project manager and supervisor of a forensic engineering and geotechnical engineering and construction materials testing group. I have conducted and provided oversight for forensic investigations, geotechnical investigations, environmental site assessments, indoor air quality assessments, lead/asbestos/mold investigations and remediation projects, regulatory compliance, stormwater compliance, as well as construction materials testing for residential, commercial, and industrial properties throughout the country.

My specific experience includes:

• Forensic Investigations and Expert Witness Testimony for projects including construction materials, indoor air quality, mold, cause and origin and a variety of related topics

• Preparing and supervising geotechnical explorations, construction materials testing activities, and storm water management activities for a wide variety of land development projects.

• Developing and evaluating various aspects of environmental land planning (environmental assessments, geotechnical investigations, and foundation recommendations) to facilitate cost-effective and environmentally responsible redevelopment.

• Experienced in Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, Environmental Health & Safety Compliance Audits, Regulatory Compliance, Indoor Air Quality, Mold Assessment and Remediation, Asbestos Assessments and Remediation, non-destructive testing, and Property Condition Assessments.
