My experience with golf course design, knowledge of how the majority of golfers play the game, and cart path design experience are what makes me an expert in golf course litigation. I have been designing quality championship golf courses for 30 years, and all of the 18-hole public-access golf courses that I have helped design are rated between 4 and 4 1/2 stars in the 2006 Golf Digest’s Places to Play.
