Expertise DescriptionI have more than 35 years of experience specializing in forensic architecture and golf course path design & safety. I have experience with accident investigations which includes: golf resorts, driving ranges, wrongful death, serious injury, errant ball shot, golf cart rollover, slip and fall, premises liability, construction, nets and barriers, and neighboring property. Other architecture investigations include copyright infringement, construction disputes, premises liability and property damage. My expertise includes $200+ million completed in construction of golf courses, architecture of parking structures, country clubs, commercial buildings, restaurants, shopping centers, retail stores, parking lots and structures, and custom homes. To date, I have completed 100+ forensic investigations throughout the United States for both plaintiffs and defendants. I have over 20 years expert witness experience with consultation, deposition, and courtroom testimony.
