I have more than 20 years expert witness experience with consultations, deposition, and courtroom testimony.

My professional experience includes: President of consulting firm that provides healthcare management services to various healthcare providers; Over 30 years of hospital administration experience. I have consulted on at least 30 occasions in matters where allegations of negligent credentialing were an issue in the case. I have also testified as an expert regarding the negligent credentialing issue in several of those 30+ cases.
I am very familiar with the issue of medical licensure in the context of both the credentialing of licensed independent practitioners, (e.g., physicians, dentists, podiatrists, nurse practitioners, etc.) as well as the negotiation, administration, and monitoring of provider-based physician agreements. I have served as a hospital executive in several different settings during which I actively involved in the credentialing process at both the medical staff organization and the governing body levels. In addition, as a hospital executive, it was one of my responsibilities to make certain that we maintained compliance with all Federal and state laws and regulations with respect to all aspects of provider-based agreements and that the agreements were current and up-to-date.
