I perform the California two-year management sex harassment training, advise companies on handling internal claims, perform discipline to violators, have successfully defended/settled a case filed with the EEOC, and advised plaintiff lawyers on a sex harassment lawsuit. My experience is based on California cases.
I have 39 years experience filing and administering workers’ compensation claims from within my clients with the ultimate purpose to reduce a company’s experience modification by moving claims forward and getting them closed ASAP. I work with the injured employee, the insurance company’s claims adjusters, the doctors, the company’s insurance agent and the company’s supervision. Under Governor Schwarzenegger the system changed regarding medical control of cases. It went from the employer only having 30 days control to full control through the insurance company’s MPN (Medical Provider Network) if the company has properly implemented the MPN system.
