I am an experienced human resources expert witness with more than 30 years in the field. I specialize in compliance issues including discrimination, reasonable accommodation/interactive process, unlawful harassment, wrongful termination, mandated leaves of absence, sexual harassment, disability and pregnancy discrimination, and human resources audits. I have prior experience providing consultations and deposition as a human resources expert witness.

I have 35+ years experience in Human Resources management, working in the areas of employment discrimination, policies and procedures, wrongful termination, etc. I have directed teams of HR professionals for leading companies in health care and health insurance industries. Since 2014 I have been HR expert for both plaintiff and defense counsel and been deposed on two cases for the defense. All other litigation was settled before trial.

I have successfully resolved many employee issues alleging unlawful harassment and wrongful termination. In addition, I am very knowledgeable about employment practices in hospitals having worked 20+ years for healthcare providers (acute care, specialty hospitals, and physician medical groups).
