I have more than 35 years experience in the field of Industrial / organizational systems. I am also a psychologist specializing in statistics and the design, development, and implementation of personnel systems including performance appraisal, selection, and pay-for-performance. My expertise further includes selection systems, compensations systems, integration of human resource management systems with corporate strategy, organizational change and development, program evaluation, and psychometrics. I have prior expert witness experience with consultations, deposition, courtroom testimony.
