My expertise in heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (H.V.A.C.) systems includes: chilled water / cold storage / ice storage systems; cold storage refrigeration; campus-type heating / cooling; high rise chill water / heat pump / split systems; high-temperature hot water systems; industrial ventilation; laboratory air conditioning / ventilation; and variable air volume (V.A.V.) systems. My expertise also includes: building plumbing design / engineering; fire alarm / life safety facility systems; and fire sprinkler protection. I have additional expertise in electrical systems: closed circuit television (C.C.T.V.); computer network / telephone raceways; data communication / distribution; emergency power supply; intercoms; lighting (exterior, interior, parking lot, roadway); Master Antenna / Cable television (M.A.T.V.); power distribution; and clock, security, and sound systems. I have more than 20 years expert witness experience with consultations, deposition, and courtroom testimony.

My expert witness experience includes mechanical and electrical engineering, HVAC, plumbing, security, and fire alarm and fire sprinkler systems.
My consulting services include: Introduced and contributed to the development of Direct Digital Control (DDC) systems in Florida; Design, engineering, analysis, construction, supervision, and inspection for electrical systems including power distribution, exterior and interior lighting, parking lot and roadway lighting, emergency power supply systems.
I am an expert and forensic engineer in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing engineering (MEP), fire sprinkler, fire alarm, Life Safety and ADA concerning MEP.
I have served as an expert witness in at least a dozen light level analysis and opinion cases, four of which were for pool lighting involving two drownings, one paraplegic and one quadriplegic.
I have designed dozens of exterior surface lighting systems for swimming pools, parking lots, sports fields and roadways.
