My experience includes environmental health and safety, site investigations, origins of water damage, mold contamination, mold remediation, and the general health impacts of mold in indoor environments. My additional knowledge and skills include feasibilities studies, remediation design, ecological risk assessment processes as applied to waste sites and operating facilities, public health, indoor air quality studies, and regulatory experience including preparations of comprehensive management plans, and detailed compliance audits and permit applications. I have over 15 years expert witness experience with consultations, deposition, and courtroom testimony.

My expert witness experience includes: Alleged exposure of a teacher in high school to mold, sewage, lime, biocides, cleaning chemicals, and other materials; Chronic water intrusion in a townhouse building because of construction deficiencies; Contamination of property by iron foundry hazardous materials, at construction site; Abandoned refinery; Alleged pesticide contamination of residential property; Construction work conducted for workers compensation; Faulty environmental site assessment; High levels of carbon monoxide in a building during operation of a propane-fueled concrete saw; Exposure of two households to microbiological contamination in untreated surface water; Illness-related fatality at a commercial food warehouse operation.
My consulting services include: Air emissions from a steel foundry, water discharges from treatment systems, and multi-family development over a closed landfill; Indoor Quality studies for a large number of school, private, healthcare, government, and commercial buildings; Mold and bacteria remediation projects; Seminars on indoor air quality and microbiological issues; Technical investigations at the Department of Public Safety due to severe health symptoms; Teaching experience at University level as an Adjunct Associate Professor in Environmental Science and Engineering.
