I have more than 5 years experience as a communications technology expert witness in Washington by providing such services as consultations and deposition.

My professional experience includes extensive experience in dealing with government agencies and private companies, having worked with the United Nations, Government of Canada, Government of China, International Organizations, telecoms equipment vendors and service providers worldwide.
I designed and implemented a similar system a long time ago. It is a real time wireless Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition system. I also got involved in the similar system design for a public security project. I am familiar with all the technologies that can be used for this type of system development, including the technologies of today’s mobile phone network. I am capable to review the system level design of the network, review the project execution process and evaluate the critical steps toward the project decision, and carry out the root-cause analysis.
