I have more than 40 years of experience in Banking and Wall Street technology systems. I began in 1968 as a Senior Bank Marketing Manager of a major mainframe computer manufacturer. I became a Senior Product Planner at a think tank for a well known bank, where I helped to design and implement the magnetic stripe credit card, and later, a bank specific credit care, then rolled out a 500-terminal electronic credit authorization network across New York. I moved to one of the largest of the “Big Six” public accounting firms, where I managed a nationwide Telecommunications consulting practice. As Founder and CEO of a bank consultancy, I designed, purchased and implemented more than $2.5 Billion dollars of computer hardware and software, worldwide networks and innovative financial technology products for more than 70 major financial firms. I have over 30 years of expert witness experience with consultations, deposition, and courtroom testimony.

My professional experience includes 45 years developing, marketing and implementing advanced financial technology for banks and brokers, both as an independent consultant, and as a technology executive with multiple prestigious incorporations.

Relevant Experiences

I first began working with automated communications system control centers with the USAF worldwide AUTODYN and AUTOVON systems (USAF 486L Troposcatter System) in control centers in Europe and the Middle East, as a Senior Communications Engineer with RCA Corporation.

Later as a Telecommunications Consultant managing Coopers & Lybrand’s National Telecommunications Consulting Practice out of Manhattan, I supervised the design, purchase and installation of the World’s largest Call Director System at my Client, LL Bean & Co. in Freeport, ME.

During my twenty-three-year career as an Independent Telecommunications Consultant on Wall Street, I designed, managed and supervised the installation and operation of these systems for seventy-seven Wall Street firms. 

I have worked with dozens of banks and credit card processors over my 50 years of professional practice.
