Expertise DescriptionI have more than 35 years experience in Meteorology. My expertise includes: weather analysis and forecasting; severe and unusual storms in California and elsewhere; and tornadic thunderstorms. My additional expertise includes weather pattern interpretation; radar and satellite image analysis; extreme rainfall event analysis and characterization; and many other aspects in forensic meteorology and climatology. As a climatologist, I also have experience with weather forecasting services, wind analyses, climatological site assessments, and other activities related to the field. I have over 25 years expert witness experience with consultations, deposition, and courtroom testimony.

My consulting services include: Dissertation on meteorological analysis of the variability of precipitation in the Great Plains, United States; Numerous interviews with television, print media, and local radio on subjects containing tornadoes, floods, drought, hurricanes, and global warming; Numerous lectures on topics of storm-chasing, tornado research in the field, twisters, weather and climate in different regions of California.
