Expertise DescriptionI have more than 30 years experience in the Food Safety industry. My experience is across all food groups, with significant emphasis with microbiological pathogen control in dry powder factories. I am expert at implementing hygienic zoning, sanitation programs, environmental sampling programs, and microbiological troubleshooting. I have prior expert witness experience with consultations, deposition, and courtroom testimony.
Areas of Expertise
I have worked for several clients with Salmonella contamination, including a large shrimp farming operation in Honduras, and was involved with all aspects of implementing GAP’s for this client and helping them control their Salmonella problem.
