I have over 25 years experience as a Naval Architect and Marine Engineer. My expertise includes: small crafts, fishing vessels, recreational boats, yachts, ferries, shipyard productivity and claims, and offshore oil exploration. My additional areas of expertise include: slip and falls on ships, oil barges, worn non skid, commercial fishing boats, recreational boat accidents including outboard motor steering failures, PWC accidents, outboard motor support failures, off-throttle steering, boat collisions and allisions, falls aboard and overboard, high speed craft, primary and secondary structural failures, propellers, stability standards, and federal and industry boating safety standards compliance. Consulting Experience

Relevant Experiences
I have significant expertise in mooring motions and loads on barges in waves, both anchored and put up on a quay. I have done plenty of studies of both anchored and docked ships.
