My background in the fields of Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering spans over 45 years with expertise in the design, analysis, and consulting of vessel types include tanker, dry bulk, container, ro/ro, passenger, supply, research, diving support, jack ups, floaters, dry docks, etc. and have complied with applicable ocean or inland rules and regulations. I have additional expertise in producing a large number of trim and stability booklets and personally conducting a large number of inclining experiments and deadweight; sea trials; surveys; thruster installations for dynamic positioning; mooring and anchoring systems; conversion projects and new vessel designs. I have prior expert witness and testimony experience.
