I am knowledgeable in HVAC and industrial noise control, noise reduction, community noise assessment and mitigation. I have investigated / remediated building sound transmission and specified solutions for acoustical problems in architecture; railroad crossing accidents, structural damage from vibration, and audible warning cases. I have over 25 years expert witness experience with consultations, deposition, and courtroom testimony.
