Expertise DescriptionI have over 45 years experience in Applied Physics. I have experience as one of the founders of a semiconductor company specializing in the development of 3-dimentional integrated circuits and focal point light detector arrays. My additional expertise has focused on solar cell development and light emission at EPIR technologies, as well as three-dimensional microstructures, silicon on insulator technology, semiconductor devices, solid-state sensors and actuators, and direct bonding. I have experience with patent applications related to solar cells, including 1-4 where 1 describes Ion Cut used in solar cell formation and 2-4 describes methods of forming back contacts and tunnel junctions in tandem II VI-silicon solar cells. I have more than 20 years expert witness experience with consultations, deposition, and courtroom testimony.
