Expertise DescriptionI have over 30 years experience in Forensic Plant Pathology with expertise in diagnosis of causes of agricultural and ornamental plant problems, field and lab studies, photo and video documentation, sample collection (soil, water, tissue and waste effluent), and lab results interpretation. I have additional knowledge in economic loss calculations, pest control and management, pesticide application, residue sampling, efficacy, toxicity, irrigation, and fertility management of crops. I have more than 30 years expert witness experience with consultations, deposition, and courtroom testimony.
Areas of Expertise
My expert witness experience includes phytotoxic affects of applied agricultural chemicals to dozens of different crops, irrigation/fertility management practices related to many different crops, nursery tree and vine genetic problems, seed production problems, cultural practice problems related to many crops, and storage disease problems related to many crops.
My consulting experience includes diagnosing various problems to agricultural crops, and research projects related to storage problems and disease prevention.
