Relevant Experiences
I practice neuropsychology full time in an academic medical center. I see several hundred patients each year for neuropsychology consultation. My employer has a large neurotrauma program and approximately 30-40 percent of my patients have traumatic brain injury or concussion. Many patients I see are involved in some type of forensic situation, either a personal injury lawsuit, a worker’s compensation claim, because they are attempting to obtain social security disability, or because they are attempting to receive benefits through a provide long term disability policy. I regularly see client’s for neuropsychology IME evaluations from all of these sources.
